What You’ll Do Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties. Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution. Using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max, develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals. Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors. Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery. Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design. Who We’re Looking For Design Passion: A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and interior rendering software. Client-Focused: Great communication and presentation skills. Organized & Reliable: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Languages: English is a must. Additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design in the UAE.
