Senior Interior Designer

We’re Hiring | Senior Interior Designer – Riyadh, FBS is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our Design & FF&E Department in Riyadh.If you have a strong eye for design, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to lead projects from concept development through final approval, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities🔹 Lead concept and schematic design in line with client requirements and brand identity 🔹 Develop space planning, zoning, furniture layouts, and design solutions 🔹 Review and approve RCP and lighting layouts 🔹 Prepare concept presentations, 3D visuals, and bid drawings 🔹 Conduct initial cost feasibility reviews and coordinate with Cost Control and Project Management 🔹 Manage client requirement sheets, RFIs, design submissions, and approvals 🔹 Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and other stakeholders 🔹 Guide and mentor Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, and Junior Designers Requirements🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 🔹 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior design and project development 🔹 Proven experience in handling and delivering interior design projects 🔹 Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion 🔹 Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, detailing, 3D modeling, and rendering 🔹 Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, written and spoken 🔹 Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and attention to detailHow to Apply: Easy Apply or EmailPlease send your CV and Portfolio to:Cv@fbs-ksa.com📌 Subject: Senior Interior Designer – Riyadh
