Senior Interior Designer (Design)

Established in 1954, we opened our first international office in Dubai in 2004 and have since established a strong presence across the Middle East and Asia, delivering innovative, high-quality, and multidisciplinary design solutions.We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer - Design to join our team in Dubai and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality interior design projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals in line with project requirements and client expectations.Prepare and review design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, 3D visualizations, and detailed interior design drawings.Coordinate with architecture, MEP, structural, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design process.Review material specifications, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections.Ensure design deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable regulations, quality standards, and agreed timelines.Review design drawings, technical details, and submissions to ensure accuracy and design intent.Monitor design progress, coordinate revisions, and maintain consistency across all project deliverables.Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior interior designers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.Proven experience in interior design consultancy, preferably within the UAE or GCC.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design concepts and completed design projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and relevant 3D modelling and rendering software.Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, FF&E, and interior detailing.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams and managing client requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple design deliverables and meet project deadlines.
