We are committed to technical excellence, innovation, and delivering sustainable engineering solutions that shape the built environment.About the RoleNAGA Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in Hospitality FF&E to support its Interior Design team on upcoming branded residences and hotel projects.The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in developing hotel specifications and preparing comprehensive FF&E manuals, ensuring that design intent, material selections, and project requirements are accurately documented and coordinated throughout the design process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare detailed FF&E specifications for hospitality projects, including hotels and branded residences.Prepare comprehensive FF&E manuals covering furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, materials, and related design requirements.Support the Interior Design team in translating design concepts into detailed FF&E specifications and documentation.Coordinate FF&E selections and specifications with the wider interior design team to ensure consistency with the overall design vision.Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of FF&E documentation throughout the design stages.Assist in developing project-specific specifications that align with the requirements of hospitality brands and project stakeholders.Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure FF&E requirements are properly integrated into project deliverables.Support the delivery of high-quality design documentation for awarded hotel and branded residence projects.Qualifications & RequirementsDegree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.Extensive experience in hospitality interior design, with a strong specialization in FF&E.Proven experience developing hotel specifications and preparing comprehensive FF&E manuals.Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, materials, and their application in hospitality environments.Experience working on hotel and branded residence projects.Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements.Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience working with international hotel brands or branded residential developments.Exposure to large-scale hospitality projects within a design consultancy environment.Experience coordinating FF&E specifications across multiple design stages.Key CompetenciesHospitality FF&E ExpertiseHotel Specifications DevelopmentFF&E Manual PreparationInterior Design CoordinationTechnical DocumentationAttention to DetailProject DeliveryStakeholder Collaboration
