Our premier developments; including the prestigious Araqa Hills project overlooking Wadi Hanifah—redefine ultra-luxury living through bespoke craftsmanship, cultural authenticity, and world-class interior design.Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Interior Designer with deep expertise in ultra-luxury residential projects to lead the interior design direction for high-end villas and private estates.In this role, you will bridge traditional Najdi design motifs with contemporary luxury finishes, overseeing projects from initial concept development through to procurement, site supervision, and final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept & Spatial Design: Develop ultra-luxury residential design concepts, mood boards, spatial layouts, and detailed interior packages tailored to modern Saudi executive families.Cultural & Architectural Integration: Integrate authentic Najdi architectural heritage (geometric plasterwork, mashrabiya screening, bespoke woodwork, and local Riyadh limestone) into contemporary luxury interiors.Material & FF&E Selection: Source, curate, and specify premium international and local finishes, fabrics, furniture, lighting, and natural stones.3D Visualization & Technical Packages: Oversee the preparation of detailed 3D renders, working drawings, millwork details, joinery packages, and MEP coordination sets.Client & Executive Presentation: Present design proposals directly to high-net-worth clients, board members, and executive stakeholders.Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction, fit-out execution, and craftsmanship meet uncompromising quality standards.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of interior design experience, with a minimum of 1+ years dedicated to ultra-luxury residential villas or private palaces.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and MS Office.FF&E Knowledge: Established network of luxury furniture manufacturers, stone suppliers, and bespoke artisan craftsmen globally and locally.Languages: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is highly advantageous.What We OfferCompetitive executive tax-free salary package matching market seniority.Opportunity to lead design on high-profile, flagship developments in Riyadh (Diriyah / Misk City adjacent).Comprehensive medical insurance and flight allowances.Collaborative, high-performing corporate environment backed by vision-driven leadership.How to ApplyInterested candidates should apply directly on LinkedIn.
