Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Residential | Dubai

ELVN Interiors is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in luxury interiors for modern European-style residential and real estate projects. You'll work across the full design lifecycle — from initial site measurements through to final styling and visualization — collaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver show-stopping luxury interiors.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate site measurements and surveysDevelop mood boards that capture and communicate design directionSource and select premium materials, finishes, and furnishingsProduce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentationsLead spatial planning to optimize flow and function within luxury layoutsDevelop comprehensive design plans and concept-to-completion documentationCurate soft furnishing and FF&E selections aligned with modern European aestheticsPresent design concepts and visualizations confidently to clients and stakeholdersWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in luxury interior design within the Dubai real estate marketStrong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects, ideally in a modern European styleProficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and/or Photoshop; V-Ray or Corona rendering experience a strong plus)Excellent understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and European design trendsStrong spatial planning and space-optimization skillsEstablished relationships with Dubai-based suppliers, vendors, and fabricators (a plus)Confident client-facing and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or Russian a plus given our client baseHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid UAE driving license preferred, for site visitsExisting UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status preferredWhat We OfferA full-time, permanent role with a growing luxury design firm in DubaiThe opportunity to work on prestigious, high-value residential and real estate projectsA collaborative studio environment with room to grow into senior leadership📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🕐 Type: Full-time, Permanent
