Responsibilities

Plan the internal and external design and manages the work of turning the ideas into a reality.Evaluates and confirms that preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all public health, life safety and welfare requirements, including code, accessibility, environmental, and sustainability guidelines.Develop presentations which may include drawings sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, photographs or models.Reviews and approves selection of colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept, and to meet socio-psychological, functional, maintenance, life-cycle performance, environmental, and safety requirements.To provide shop drawings and site documents such as communication and circulating letters of information, approvals and inspection.Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design (including materials, finishes, joinery work and furnishings.Organize and control site activates with direct labor to carry out works in accordance with drawings, specifications and other contract documents to ensure efficient and effective use of all resources.Carry out site inspection to provide reports and recommendations to the project manager.Supervise draftsman for the technical details and guide them on all design matters. Perform any other jobs as may be assigned by the superiors.

Requirements
