Senior Internal Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAP, strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent report writing ability, and proficiency in Power BI to support risk-based audits and drive process improvement across the University.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute internal audit assignments in line with the annual audit plan and risk assessment framework.Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, financial processes, and compliance procedures across business functions.Extract, analyze, and reconcile financial and operational data from SAP to identify control gaps, anomalies, and process inefficiencies.Build and maintain Excel-based working papers, reconciliations, and analytical models to support audit findings.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track audit KPIs, risk indicators, and management action plans.Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports summarizing findings, root causes, risks, and actionable recommendations for management.Follow up on the implementation status of agreed audit recommendations and corrective action plans.Assist in the development and continuous improvement of audit methodologies, templates, and tools.Stay current with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging risks relevant to the business.RequirementsCA inter, CAF, CA Finalist, CIA2–3 years of post article experience in internal audit, external audit, or a related risk/compliance function.Hands-on working experience with SAP (S4 HANA will be preferred)Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Strong report writing skillsProficiency in Power BISolid understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and audit standards.
