within the organization.Develops standardized methodologies, tools, and guidelines to ensure effective management of international projects in accordance with best practices.Contributes to overseeing the progress of international projects, identifying risks and challenges, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation.Contributes to developing tailored and joint programs with the countries targeted for international projects in those countries to enable companies and the Saudi private sector to support the achievement of targets.Contributes to ensuring the integration of the relationship among local companies operating in international projects to achieve the targets of the energy ecosystem in the targeted countries.Contributes to developing targets, programs, initiatives, and enablers to increase the participation of local companies in energy projects internationally.Contributes to providing support and inputs to the International Relations and Cooperation Agency in drafting memoranda of understanding, bilateral and multilateral agreements, and other international agreements, while ensuring their alignment with energy sector strategies.Contributes to providing inputs and recommendations regarding international projects and matters related to local companies and the private sector.Contributes to leading discussions on developing new strategic international project opportunities for local companies in the targeted countries.Contributes to activating memoranda of understanding with regard to international projects and communicating with the targeted countries to assess the challenges and objectives of their energy sectors, and identify international opportunities in the field of energy in collaboration with the relevant organizational units within the ecosystem.Contributes to developing strategies, programs, initiatives, and enablers to increase the participation of local companies and the local private sector in energy projects internationally.Contributes to supporting local companies and the private sector in participating in local and international forums, conferences, and committees related to international projects and investment opportunities.Contributes to leading the integration process of international opportunities within the energy ecosystem, in collaboration with the relevant organizational units and the International Relations and Cooperation Agency.Contributes to managing meetings and workshops to discuss challenges and opportunities among the organization’s work teams, local and international entities, and the private sector with regard to international projects.Contributes to providing support and coordination for the organization’s participation in events related to companies and the private sector, if the nature of the event is related to more than one sector or organizational unit.Contributes to participating in meetings with local and international entities regarding international projects, in coordination with the relevant organizational units within the organization.Contributes to leading discussions and deliberations on international private sector projects after signing the agreements, in coordination with the International Relations and Cooperation Agency and the relevant organizational units within the organization.Contributes to providing advisory services to the targeted countries to meet the needs of the energy sector in a manner that contributes to enabling international projects.Contributes to developing standardized methodologies, tools, and guidelines to ensure the effective management of international projects, and ensuring their application to international projects.Provides comprehensive advisory services to the targeted countries to support them in meeting their needs in the energy sector.Contributes to ensuring the development of operational plans and overseeing their implementation for international projects, including identifying key milestones and timelines.Contributes to overseeing and monitoring the implementation and progress of international projects related to companies and the private sector, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to overcome them throughout all stages of implementation, and coordinating with the relevant work teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the progress of implementing international project plans, including key achievements, challenges, and risks, and sharing the key findings with the relevant entities.Contributes to exploring and developing cooperation opportunities with international companies in projects outside the Kingdom, enhancing integration with local opportunities and supporting the strategic directions of relations with the companies’ home countries, in coordination with the relevant organizational units.Contributes to developing plans and preparing programs for the department’s activities and implementing them after approval.Contributes to coordinating with the organizational units within the organization, when needed, to ensure the success of cooperation in joint initiatives.Contributes to complying with the implementation of the organization’s approved spending efficiency policies and procedures and aligning with the Authority within the scope of the unit’s activities, in coordination with the department responsible for Finance, Procurement, and Spending Efficiency, in accordance with the approved authorities, and provides the Spending Efficiency Authority with the necessary data to measure compliance, prepare reports, and maintain all data shared with the Authority.Contributes to identifying training needs to develop the skills of the department’s employees, in coordination with the Human Resources Agency and in accordance with the relevant work methodology and applicable policies.Contributes to reviewing and updating the procedures followed for all tasks and activities within the scope of the department’s work.Contributes to providing inputs regarding the operational standards related to the department’s activities to measure its performance, and continuously reviewing and developing these standards in collaboration with the General Department of Institutional Excellence.Contributes to updating, organizing, and maintaining records, data, and statistics related to the department’s activities and using the necessary technologies to store, manage, and process them, in collaboration with the General Department of the Information Center and the General Department of the Documents and Archives Center.Contributes to identifying the department’s workforce, equipment, and material needs to ensure the smooth operation of its activities.Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements, including providing suggestions for improving performance.Contributes to carrying out any additional task that falls within the scope of the department’s jurisdiction, provided that it does not conflict with the jurisdictions of other units or with laws and regulations.Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures specific to the organizational unit.Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.Required ExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.EducationBachelor’s degree in Administrative sciences fields or any related field.
