This role for an elite, U.S. based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing approximately $150 million in assets for a select group of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) families, with an average account size of $15 million+.We are seeking a highly sophisticated, technically elite Senior Investment Analyst based in India to serve as the core analytical and operational engine of our investment department. Operating on a "Follow-the-Sun" model, you will take full ownership of our investment backend overnight, executing complex portfolio optimizations, due diligence, and trading prep inside our Orion tech stack. You will work directly with our U.S.-based Managing Partner and our Fractional US Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to deliver institutional-grade wealth management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Portfolio Engineering & Orion OperationsTax-Aware Optimization: Construct and rebalance highly customized, tax-optimized UHNW portfolios within Orion Connect and Orion Eclipse.Trade Batching Preparation: Monitor portfolio drift, locate assets efficiently across taxable/tax-deferred accounts, harvest tax losses, and queue trade batches overnight for final U.S. executive execution.Reporting Architecture: Build, customize, and audit institutional-grade performance reports, fee-billing structures, and performance attribution metrics within Orion Reporting Studio.Institutional Investment Research & Asset VettingAlternative Asset Due Diligence: Review Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) for private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds; build robust quantitative comparison frameworks.Concentrated Position Hedging: Research and model risk-mitigation strategies (such as equity collars, options strategies, and direct indexing paths) for corporate executives and business founders holding highly concentrated stock positions.Manager Monitoring: Systematically track existing third-party fund managers against benchmark criteria, flagging style drift or underperformance.Operational Integrity & Asynchronous Hand-OffStructured Hand-Offs: Deliver a flawless, highly structured analytical summary log at the end of every shift, ensuring the U.S. executive team can seamlessly review and approve your work at the start of their business day.Data Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to secure cloud workflows (VDI/secure servers) with multi-factor authentication, ensuring zero local data storage of client information in compliance with U.S. SEC regulations.Required QualificationsCredentials: Active CFA Charterholder in good standing is mandatory. Applicants who have only passed Level 1 or Level 2 will not be considered.Software Mastery: Minimum 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience navigating the Orion (Orion Advisor Technology) ecosystem (including Connect, Eclipse, and Reporting Studio).U.S. Private Wealth Savvy: Deep, intuitive understanding of U.S. market structures, asset location principles (Taxable vs. Traditional/Roth IRAs), and advanced hedging concepts (derivatives, collars, direct indexing).Experience: 4+ years of professional experience within investment management, portfolio operations, or an outsourced investment team serving U.S. RIAs or multi-family offices.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex quantitative financial problems into concise executive briefs.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: Top-tier local corporate compensation matching elite market rates for CFA Charterholders in India.Performance Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus (15%–25% of base) tied strictly to data accuracy, speed of turnaround, and Orion system efficiency.
