Senior Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially driven, and experienced Investment Analyst to join our investment fund, with a strong focus on venture capital investments and technology-driven startups.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in evaluating startup investment opportunities, conducting financial and commercial due diligence, supporting fundraising activities, and managing investment portfolios.The role requires a strong understanding of the venture capital ecosystem, startup business models, emerging technologies, and investment strategies, with the ability to identify high-potential opportunities and support the fund's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Deal Evaluation: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence, and support deal structuring and execution.Venture Capital & Startup Investments: Assess early- and growth-stage startups, analyse business models and growth potential, and build relationships within the venture capital and startup ecosystem.Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support capital-raising initiatives, identify potential investors, prepare investment presentations, and manage relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio company performance, track investment returns and KPIs, identify risks and growth opportunities, and support follow-on investments and exit strategies.Market Research & Investment Strategy: Analyse market trends, emerging technologies, and investment opportunities to support the development and execution of investment strategies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment management, or technology-focused investments.Proven experience in startup investments, financial modelling, business valuation, and due diligence.Practical knowledge of fundraising, investor relations, capital raising, and venture capital deal structures.Experience preparing investment proposals, financial reports, and Investment Committee presentations.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical, financial, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple investment opportunities.Experience in fundraising from family offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors.We are seeking an experienced investment professional with strong financial and analytical skills, venture capital expertise, and a solid understanding of technology startups. The ideal candidate will evaluate investment opportunities, assess startup business models, manage investor relationships, and, most importantly, lead fundraising efforts and successfully secure capital commitments for the fund.
