Senior Investment Manager

Hays are working with a multi-billion-dollar PIF-backed giga-project based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Deals to join their Strategy & Investment team, reporting to the Head of Investment. This is an execution-focused role responsible for leading investment, fund, and real estate transaction workstreams across Saudi Arabia — from business case review and underwriting through due diligence, structuring, negotiation support, documentation, and closing.The role holds day-to-day execution of investment, fund, JV, SPV, and real estate transaction workstreams, owning financial underwriting, valuation, and transaction economics for priority opportunities. The role coordinates closely with fund managers, developers, investors, lenders, and advisors, supporting commercial structuring, negotiation prep, and due diligence management.
