قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجInvestment Senior ManagerJob PurposeThe Investment Senior Manager is responsible for leading the evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities in alignment with the organization’s strategic and financial objectives. The role oversees investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio performance, and stakeholder management to support sustainable value creation and informed investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, assessment, and evaluation of potential investment opportunities across targeted sectors and asset classes.Develop and review detailed financial models, valuations, feasibility studies, business cases, and investment return analyses.Lead commercial, financial, operational, and strategic due diligence activities in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.Prepare investment proposals, recommendations, and presentations for senior management and relevant investment committees.Structure investment transactions and support negotiations related to commercial terms, financing structures, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestments.Manage the end-to-end investment process from initial opportunity screening through evaluation, approval, execution, and post-investment monitoring.Monitor portfolio performance against approved business plans, financial targets, investment KPIs, and expected returns.Identify investment risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.Conduct market, sector, competitor, and economic analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends.Support the development and implementation of investment strategies, policies, governance frameworks, and evaluation criteria.Build and maintain effective relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, partners, government entities, and other key stakeholders.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Risk, and other relevant functions throughout the investment lifecycle.Provide guidance and coaching to investment team members and review the quality of financial and investment analyses.Ensure investment activities comply with applicable policies, delegated authorities, governance requirements, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related discipline.Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.ExperienceTypically 8–12 years of relevant experience in investments, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, asset management, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in investment evaluation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.Experience managing complex investment transactions and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.Previous team leadership or management experience is preferred.Key CompetenciesInvestment Analysis & ValuationFinancial ModelingDeal Structuring & Transaction ExecutionDue DiligencePortfolio ManagementFinancial & Commercial AcumenRisk AssessmentMarket & Sector AnalysisNegotiationStrategic ThinkingStakeholder ManagementLeadership & Team DevelopmentDecision-MakingCommunication & Presentation SkillsKey Performance IndicatorsQuality and accuracy of investment evaluations and recommendations.Achievement of targeted investment returns and portfolio performance.Investment pipeline development and conversion.Timeliness and quality of transaction execution.Effectiveness of investment risk identification and mitigation.Compliance with investment governance and approval requirements.Quality of investment committee submissions and management reporting.
