Senior Investment Professional (Industrial & Logistics)Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaOneira Talent Solutions are delighted to support a leading industrial/ logistics real estate platform in Saudi Arabia.The firm are hiring at a senior and mid-level, circa 7-10 years of experience.You will lead the investment process from first look to closing, across both income-generating assets and development-stage opportunities.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate acquisition and development opportunities in industrial and logistics real estate across Saudi Arabia.Lead financial underwriting and modelling for prospective transactions, including acquisitions and ground-up development.Conduct commercial due diligence on development opportunities, working with internal teams and external advisors.Manage transactions through to close, coordinating legal, finance and external advisors.Build and maintain a strong network across the Saudi real estate market, including brokers, landowners, developers, and capital markets real estate desks.Work closely with the wider team on deal pipeline and strategic priorities.About you7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, acquisitions or development finance.A track record of sourcing, underwriting and closing real estate transactions.Industrial and logistics experience is preferred. Candidates with broad Saudi real estate exposure will also be considered, but should bring strong Saudi market knowledge and an established network.Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills.Based in, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.Please apply using an up-to-date version of your CV.
