The team is dedicated to leveraging data, science, and engineering to improve long-term health insights and performance outcomes for users.\We value direct feedback, clear ownership, and shipping quickly without cutting corners on quality or user trust.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Senior iOS Developer role based in Belgrade, Serbia. The Senior iOS Developer will design, build, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications that deliver Baseline’s personalized health and risk insights to users. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring robust security and data privacy within the mobile app. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, bioinformaticians, and other engineers to translate complex health and genomic concepts into intuitive user experiences. The Senior iOS Developer will also participate in code reviews, mentor other developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for mobile development within the organization.This role combines strong engineering craft with real responsibility for user privacy and trust.
