Position: Senior iOS Developer

Employment Type: Full-Time / PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, debug, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.Provide technical expertise and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions.Analyze requirements, estimate development efforts, and contribute to sprint and release planning.Understand existing enterprise architecture and help define technical roadmaps for future enhancements.Develop and integrate mobile applications with backend services and centralized authentication systems.Create Software Architecture, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, and Non-Functional Requirement documentation.Follow established application architecture and design patterns, including MVC, MVP, and MVVM.Integrate RESTful APIs and work with JSON and backend services.Implement offline storage, threading, performance optimization, and mobile memory management.Work with iOS capabilities including biometric authentication, camera, location, notifications, permissions, and device state.Collaborate with BA and QA teams to develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful releases.Perform production support, issue triage, debugging, and root-cause analysis.Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.Mentor and guide other developers and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment with distributed project teams.Ensure timely delivery while maintaining coding standards, application quality, and performance.Required Qualifications7+ years of overall mobile application development experience.5+ years of professional iOS development experience.Strong hands-on experience with:SwiftSwiftUIObjective-CXcodeiOS SDK and frameworksStrong object-oriented programming fundamentals.Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, and related Apple frameworks.Experience developing, debugging, and deploying applications using Xcode.Strong knowledge of MVC, MVP, and MVVM architecture patterns.Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend services.Experience with offline storage, multithreading, performance tuning, and memory management.Experience with XCTest and XCUITest and standard unit/component testing practices.Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and UI/UX principles.Familiarity with push notifications and cloud messaging APIs.Experience with Git or other version control systems.Familiarity with low-level C-based libraries is preferred.Strong Agile/Scrum development experience.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.Preferred ExperienceBiometric authentication and device security.Camera, location, notification, and permission management.Production support and mobile application troubleshooting.Experience working on large-scale enterprise mobile applications.Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance.
