Hampton North is partnering with a fast-growing, member-based consumer subscription company to hire a Senior iOS Engineer focused on subscriptions and payments. This is a high-impact role owning the iOS subscription and payments experience for a large, scaled consumer app.You'll be the go-to expert on StoreKit2, work closely with server, product, design, and data teams, and directly shape how millions of members subscribe, upgrade, and pay. Location: Remote (US)What you'll be doingOwn the iOS subscription and payments stack end to end, from purchase and restore flows to entitlements, offers, and paywallsLead StoreKit2 architecture and handle the tricky lifecycle edge cases (upgrades, downgrades, refunds, billing retry, and more)Partner with the server team to keep entitlements accurate across client and backendWork with product, design, and data on pricing and paywall experiments, from concept through launchContribute to architecture, performance, and testing across a large iOS codebaseBe the go-to escalation point for member payment issuesMentor engineers and raise the bar through code review and clear specsAnd what you'll need to have7+ years of iOS development with strong Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit skillsExpert, native StoreKit2 experience, having built it end to end in production at least twiceProduction Stripe subscriptions experience on a B2C productExperience with App Store Server Notifications V2 and server-side subscription correctnessA track record of shipping scaled consumer apps and leading projects from concept to launchStrong product sense and an AI-forward mindset
