• CourageRole Overview:The Irrigation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design review, construction supervision, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems associated with major roads, highways, bridges, and landscape developments. The role requires extensive experience within PMC and construction supervision environments to ensure irrigation works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Review and supervise irrigation design drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and technical submittals.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of irrigation installation works.Review contractor method statements, material submittals, and testing procedures.Coordinate with civil, landscape, utility, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper integration of irrigation systems.Monitor project progress and provide technical recommendations to resolve engineering issues.Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project quality requirements.Participate in project meetings and prepare technical reports and progress updates.Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities of irrigation networks and associated systems.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 15 years of professional experience.Extensive experience in major roads and bridges projects.Proven experience within PMC and construction supervision projects.Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulic design principles, and landscape infrastructure.Experience in large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects within the GCC region is preferred.Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
