Who we areDitenso is a specialized technology and consulting company supporting global enterprises in the digitalization and transformation of business-critical operations.Our teams work with large international organizations across complex enterprise IT environments – from defining target architectures and digital roadmaps to implementing platforms, processes and operating models.Our team is based across Berlin and Prague and works closely with clients and technology partners throughout Europe.What You'll DoAs an IT Consultant / Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d) - Enterprise IT Transformation, you will support our clients in shaping and delivering complex digital transformation initiatives across enterprise IT environments.You will work at the intersection of business, technology and implementation – helping clients translate strategic objectives and business requirements into scalable IT solutions, transformation roadmaps and successful implementations.Your responsibilities include:Advise enterprise clients on the transformation and digitalization of business-critical processes and IT environmentsAnalyze existing processes, systems and application landscapes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation and digitalizationTranslate business and functional requirements into structured technology concepts and implementation roadmapsSupport or lead workstreams within enterprise IT transformation and platform implementation projectsCoordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partnersDefine target processes, requirements, governance structures and operating modelsSupport the evaluation, selection and implementation of enterprise platforms and SaaS solutionsPrepare management presentations, decision papers and recommendations for senior stakeholdersIdentify project risks, dependencies and implementation challenges and actively support their resolutionDepending on seniority, take ownership of project workstreams and support the development of junior team membersQualificationsAt least 2 years of consulting/project experience in process optimization, process automation, IT project management or enterprise/IT risk management in enterprise environmentsRelevant experience with new technologies and use cases in corporate functionsAdvanced analytical skills to prepare data driven decisions for management representativesAdvanced graduate degree and excellent academic record (master's degree, MBA, PhD, etc.)Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teamsWillingness to travel if required based on business-demandAbility to communicate complex ideas to management representativesFluency in german and englishNice-To-Have:Entrepreneurial/startup experienceExperience with Planon IWMS/FSBS is a plusCertifications such as: ISO 2700x Implementer, IPMA etc.
