Senior IT Manager

My client, is looking for a technically strong and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead their cybersecurity, enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, and telephony/unified communications functions.The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, security governance, vendor management, and accountability for the security, resilience, and performance of the IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cybersecurity architecture, security operations, incident response, VAPT, and compliance with ISO 27001, DESC ISR, and applicable frameworks.Design and manage enterprise networks, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, firewalls, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Oversee SIP/PBX telephony, unified communications, mobile/SIM fleet management, and telecom vendor relationships.Lead and develop IT teams, manage budgets and vendorsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.8–10 years of hands-on IT experience, with strong expertise in cybersecurity, networking, and telephony/UC.Minimum 3 years of team leadership or management experience.Required certifications: CISSP or CISM; CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent; ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.Strong stakeholder management, incident response, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.Cloud and firewall/security certifications are an advantage.Salary on Offer: AED 20k- 23k + medical and ticket and visa for self only.
