This is a strategic leadership role with direct Board-level exposure, covering all pillars of technology. The successful candidate will be expected to identify emerging technologies and introduce digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, lift employee productivity and strengthen decision-making.Strategic leadershipDevelop and execute the Group IT and Digital Transformation strategy in line with corporate objectivesOwn the IMS roadmap across technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, HRMS, CRM, and automationAdvise Senior Management and the Board on technology trends and investment prioritiesPrepare annual IMS plans, budgets and technology investment proposalsEnterprise systemsLead implementation, enhancement and maintenance of HRMS, Payroll, Property Management, Mall Management, CRM, Finance, Procurement, Document Management, Visitor Management and Parking Management systemsEnsure systems are integrated to improve operational efficiencyRiskConduct IT risk assessments and protect information assetsDevelop disaster recovery and business continuity plans; strengthen data governanceTechnology innovationContinuously evaluate cloud, IoT, smart building technologies, and digital workplace solutions, recommending those with measurable business valueBusiness process improvementPartner with business divisions to review workflows, eliminate manual processes, standardise practices and simplify approvals through digital workflowsProject & vendor managementLead major technology projects end to end: system implementation, vendor evaluation, budget, change management, UAT, training and post-implementation reviewManage strategic technology partners, evaluate performance, negotiate contracts and enforce SLAsPeople leadershipCoach and mentor the IMS team, build future digital capabilities, drive an innovation culture and develop succession plansSuccess measuresDelivery of strategic digital initiatives; measurable reduction in manual processes and growth across business unitsSystem uptime ≥ 99.5%, IT service SLA achievement and user satisfactionProjects delivered on time and within budget; technology cost optimizationZero major security incidents, security policy compliance and disaster recovery readinessEmployee engagement, talent development and stakeholder satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline; Master's or MBA an advantageCertifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft Azure, AWS or AI-related credentials preferredMinimum 12–15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading an enterprise IT or digital transformation functionTrack record implementing ERP, HRMS, CRM and other enterprise systemsProven experience leading digital transformationExposure to property development, shopping mall, construction or hospitality environments is an advantage
