Tools & Solutions is a rapidly growing B2B service provider in the GCC, offering end-to-end corporate business and digital solutions.We provide:Corporate SolutionsBusiness incorporation and regional headquarters relocation to Saudi Arabia.Real estate and office space management solutions.End-to-end business process outsourcing.Taxation and VAT solutions, as well as financial services.HR SolutionsHR assessment and HR consultancy services.The Training & Learning Academy and human capital capacity-building solutions.Expert and management staffing and contracting, as well as end-to-end people solutions.Digital SolutionsSAP implementation, operations, and licensing.Big Data governance, consulting, management, and operations.Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twins, and Generative Artificial Intelligence.Software development, operations, and licensing.Our clients include many Saudi government entities, as well as leading Saudi and international corporations.We are currently looking for a Senior IT Planning and Strategy professional for an outsourcing opportunity, who can perform at the top of their game and join us in contributing to our continued success.Role OverviewThe Senior IT Planning and Strategy professional is responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, digital transformation initiatives, and budget planning.The role drives strategic planning, IT portfolio governance, investment optimization, and executive reporting, while providing expert guidance on technology initiatives that support long-term organizational growth.The ideal candidate possesses strong strategic thinking, financial planning expertise, stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in IT planning.ResponsibilitiesLead the development, review, and execution of the organization's long-term IT strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities.Own and manage the annual IT planning and budgeting cycle, including strategic roadmaps, investment planning, and resource forecasting.Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, and business units to optimize IT investments and maximize business value.Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices to identify strategic opportunities and innovation initiatives.Lead IT portfolio planning, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, monitored, and aligned with strategic objectives.Establish and monitor IT strategic KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology initiatives and support executive decision-making.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure technology roadmaps and business capabilities remain aligned.Conduct strategic research and provide executive-level recommendations on digital transformation, AI adoption, cloud services, and emerging technologies.Prepare and present executive reports, board presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on IT planning, budgeting, governance, and strategic initiatives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT planning processes, portfolio management, and organizational maturity.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT strategy, IT planning, enterprise architecture, PMO, or a related field.Proven experience in developing IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and annual budgeting within a large organization.Strong knowledge of IT portfolio management, budgeting, financial planning, and investment management.Experience working with executive leadership and presenting strategic recommendations to senior management.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, presentation tools, and portfolio management tools.Experience leading digital transformation, AI, cloud, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives is highly preferred.Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are considered an advantage.Application deadline: 23 September 2026
