This is a senior project management role: you will lead cross-functional teams, own complex delivery roadmaps, and coordinate airline customers, external solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of turnkey projects, from scoping and evaluation through implementation and deployment.Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, keeping requirements, timelines, and deliverables aligned.Direct external development partners and technology vendors from the client side to deliver complex turnkey implementations.Ensure seamless integration of cargo systems across airline customers, solution providers, and internal engineering teams.Drive risk management, change control, and structured stakeholder communication across diverse delivery environments.Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement across engagements.Required Technical SkillsHands-on delivery experience in the airline cargo domain (cargo management, booking, handling, or related airline cargo systems) — mandatory.Proven experience leading the scoping and evaluation of turnkey projects from the client side.Track record of implementing large, complex turnkey projects by managing an external development partner to deliver (client side).Solid understanding of SDLC and both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Strong command of technical delivery processes, systems integration, and vendor coordination.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.Candidate Profile8–12+ years of project management experience across large enterprise or multi-stakeholder programs.A senior project management professional — this role is not suited to mid-level or junior project managers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable operating simultaneously across multiple customers, vendors, and internal teams.
