Location: Torrance, CASchedule: Full-time contractWork Type: 4 days onsite; 1 day remotePay Range: $67.00 – $74.00 per hour (based on experience & internal equity)Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Continuing & On-Demand Education🌐 Sponsorship is available for this role🚫 W2 ONLY — No C2C, No 3rd PartiesPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Consumer Digital Platforms to lead medium-to-large technology projects involving customer-facing websites, digital applications, eCommerce platforms, and enterprise systems enhancements.This position supports the Consumer Applications Department and requires strong experience managing Agile and Waterfall software development projects, working closely with Product Owners, developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of IT project management experience, specifically delivering consumer-facing digital products, websites, commerce applications, or transactional platforms.

This role requires someone who can independently manage complex projects, facilitate Agile/Scrum delivery, coordinate technical teams, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.What This Person Will Be Working OnLead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing digital applications, websites, platforms, and system enhancements.Manage medium-to-large, moderately to highly complex IT projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.Follow established SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Work closely with Product Owners to define product goals, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery commitments.Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements and organize them into prioritized product backlogs.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.Review technical designs with Solution Architects, technical leads, and development teams.Track project dependencies, risks, issues, resource needs, and delivery progress.Coordinate with QA teams on test planning, execution, defect resolution, and quality assurance.Manage software releases, production deployments, and post-launch activities.Coordinate meetings with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants, and vendors.Prepare executive presentations, project status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.Monitor team performance, identify delivery obstacles, and drive continuous improvement.Support production systems and coordinate issue resolution when necessary.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and business expectations.Required Skills & Experience3–5+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products or applications.Experience managing projects involving consumer websites, eCommerce, sales platforms, SaaS applications, or digital commerce systems.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile delivery teams.Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.Experience working closely with Product Owners, software developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Ability to review complex business requirements, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate technical delivery.Strong understanding of software development, technical design, testing, release management, and production support.Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams and cross-functional teams.Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects with minimal oversight.Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including developing and presenting materials to executive leadership.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, training, or coursework in Agile development, innovation, or process management.Desired SkillsExperience delivering consumer-facing websites, digital platforms, or eCommerce applications involving complex data, transactions, or integrations.Automotive industry experience, particularly supporting consumer digital applications or customer-facing platforms.Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile project management, backlog tracking, and project documentation.Familiarity with Clarity PPM for project management, resource planning, and financial tracking.Experience managing digital product roadmaps and coordinating product releases.Experience supporting enterprise applications involving API integrations, data exchanges, or transactional workflows.Experience coordinating external vendors, consultants, and distributed delivery teams.Strong continuous improvement mindset and experience improving Agile team performance.
