Senior IT Project Manager - KSA Riyadh (Saudization)

Accountabilities:• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects across software, infrastructure, and systems implementations.• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements.• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, infrastructure, and security teams• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as applicable• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile teams)• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and change management processes are followed• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to direct Programs and Projects Manager• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support readiness• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure• Experience managing Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall projects• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ITSM, ITIL, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ERP)• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows• Ability to perform data analysis and define business rules• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills• Ability to align business strategy with IT solutions• Familiarity with process modeling toolsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field• 3–8 years of experience managing IT projects• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CBAP certification preferred• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams• Focus is on Saudization
