عن أملاك:أملاك شركة رائدة في مجال التطوير والتسويق العقاري، تسعى لتقديم حلول عقارية مبتكرة وبناء مجتمعات متكاملة ترتكز على الجودة والقيمة المضافة.الوصف الوظيفي:نبحث عن أخصائي أول تقنية معلومات (Senior IT Specialist) يتمتع بخبرة عملية قوية في إدارة وتشغيل بيئة تقنية المعلومات ودعم الأنظمة المؤسسية، مع خبرة عملية في نظام Odoo، والقدرة على دعم المستخدمين، إدارة الصلاحيات، معالجة المشكلات التشغيلية، والمساهمة في تطوير وأتمتة الإجراءات وربط الاحتياجات التشغيلية بالحلول التقنية المناسبة.المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة ومتابعة البنية التقنية والأنظمة والخدمات التقنية المستخدمة في الشركة.
• تقديم الدعم الفني المتقدم ومعالجة المشكلات التقنية وضمان استمرارية الأعمال.
• إدارة ودعم نظام Odoo ومتابعة المستخدمين والصلاحيات والمشكلات التشغيلية والتحديثات.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لفهم احتياجاتها وتطوير وتحسين الإجراءات على نظام Odoo.
• التنسيق مع مزود نظام Odoo ومتابعة طلبات التطوير والتعديلات والتكاملات الفنية.
• المساهمة في أتمتة الإجراءات وتحسين استخدام الأنظمة بما يرفع كفاءة العمل.
• إدارة Microsoft 365 والبريد الإلكتروني وحسابات المستخدمين والصلاحيات والتراخيص.
• متابعة الشبكات والخوادم والنسخ الاحتياطي والأجهزة والاتصال والبنية التحتية التقنية.
• تطبيق ومتابعة ضوابط أمن المعلومات وحماية الأنظمة والبيانات.
• إدارة العلاقة مع مزودي الخدمات والأنظمة التقنية ومتابعة العقود ومستويات الخدمة.
• المشاركة في تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية وعمليات تطوير الأنظمة والتكامل بينها.
• إعداد وتحديث الوثائق والإجراءات والسجلات التقنية وإدارة الأصول والتراخيص.المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
• بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات.
• خبرة عملية مثبتة في استخدام وإدارة ودعم نظام Odoo.
• خبرة في إدارة المستخدمين والصلاحيات ومتابعة المشكلات والتعديلات على Odoo.
• خبرة متقدمة في Microsoft 365 وإدارة المستخدمين والصلاحيات والتراخيص.
• معرفة قوية بالشبكات والبنية التحتية وأنظمة التشغيل وأمن المعلومات والنسخ الاحتياطي.
• خبرة في إدارة مزودي الخدمات والمشاريع والمبادرات التقنية.
• قدرة عالية على تحليل المشكلات واقتراح الحلول التقنية المناسبة.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist with solid hands-on experience in managing IT environments and enterprise systems, with proven experience in Odoo ERP. The role requires the ability to support users, manage system access and permissions, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to process automation and system improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Administer and support Odoo ERP, including users, access rights, permissions, operational issues, and system updates.
• Work closely with different departments to understand business requirements and improve processes within Odoo.
• Coordinate with the Odoo implementation partner or service provider regarding system enhancements, customizations, integrations, and technical requirements.
• Support business process automation and improve the effective use of technology across the organization.
• Manage Microsoft 365, corporate email, user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
• Monitor networks, servers, backups, devices, connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor information security controls and data protection practices.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers and monitor service levels.
• Participate in IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, asset records, and software licensing.Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in administering, supporting, and working with Odoo ERP.
• Experience in managing Odoo users, permissions, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, user administration, permissions, and licensing.
• Strong knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, operating systems, information security, and backup solutions.
• Experience in managing IT vendors, projects, and technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
