This is a high-autonomy IC role: you'll own infrastructure, security, compliance and asset management end-to-end, while shaping how global IT standards come to life on the ground.What you'll doRoll out corporate IT standards locally and keep infrastructure aligned with global architecture, from remediation through to closeLead full-cycle IT projects for offices and client sites — surveys, cabling, deployment, commissioningBuild and support a standardized PC endpoint framework across the businessRun core systems: AD, PBX, email, virtualization (Citrix), NAS (Synology), DNS/DHCPManage AV, access control, CCTV, telephony and printersOwn the full IT asset lifecycle — budgeting, procurement, audits, retirementBe the local face of IT for regulators and auditors: risk assessments, controls, security trainingWhat you bring5+ years in IT infrastructure/operations, with real exposure to compliance and security programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar)Strong hands-on skills across Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and enterprise systems administrationThe confidence to prioritize, troubleshoot and escalate independently across time zonesBusiness-fluent EnglishBonus points: DRP/BCP experience, regulator liaison, or background in a securities firm/investment bankWhy join Competitive pay, a genuinely fun and diverse team, and business-casual every day.
