Senior IT Technician- Phu Quoc

SHG operates 111 properties across 26 countries, committed to delivering authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together around the world.We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technician with a strong technical background, preferably within hotels, resorts, restaurants or hospitality operations, who can provide reliable day-to-day IT support across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for IT systems across multiple hospitality and F&B venues.Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, POS terminals, network devices and other IT equipment.Support and troubleshoot POS systems, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, telephony and other operational technology systems.Diagnose hardware, software, network and connectivity issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize operational downtime.Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance and equipment testing.Set up user accounts, workstations, system access and required software applications.Maintain IT equipment inventory, asset records and technical documentation.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance and technical support.Provide on-site technical assistance to operational teams and end users.Support pre-opening IT activities, including infrastructure setup, equipment installation, configuration, testing and system readiness.Ideal Candidate:Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on IT technical support experience.Previous experience within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, Windows environments and troubleshooting.Experience supporting POS systems and hospitality technology platforms is a strong advantage.Previous exposure to hotel, resort, restaurant or multi-site operations is preferred.Pre-opening or new-site IT setup experience would be an advantage.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.Able to work independently and respond effectively to operational IT issues.Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.Based in Vietnam or willing to relocate to Phu Quoc.
