The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable Java applications and backend services. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.Work with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related Java technologies.Design and optimize database structures and queries.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other developers.Participate in system design and architecture discussions.Identify opportunities for performance improvements and technical enhancements.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development planning.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Java development.Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Object-Oriented Programming.Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and related frameworks.Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.Experience with Git and version control systems.Good understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems is an advantage.Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.How to Apply : 📩 Please send your updated CV and answers to the pre-interview questions to:sohila.haddad@synkroniza.com📌 Subject:  Senior Java Developer🔹 Shortlisted candidates will receive updates and interview invitations via LinkedIn.Please ensure you are following our company page.
