The required candidate should participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of development activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to agreed scope and timelines.Required Skills & ExperienceExperienced and skilled in working within Agile and Hybrid software development methodologies.Understand and contribute to defining technical requirements and solution objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.Support task planning, effort estimation, and technical coordination within the development team.Take a lead role in supporting and mentoring team members and promoting development best practices.Identify and address technical risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation and resolution approaches.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and smooth integration throughout the development lifecycle.Monitor development progress and provide technical updates to project and management teams when required.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
