Senior Java Developer (dispatch)

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a large-scale engineering team for a giant tech company, working on high-traffic systems supporting millions of users and transactions.You will work on backend services and APIs within a microservices architecture, contributing to system design, development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. The platform makes extensive use of Kafka for event-driven and asynchronous processing and Redis for caching and high-speed data access.■Key Responsibilities:* Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications and APIs.* Collaborate with the team to ensure architectural integrity, scalability, robustness, and alignment with business requirements.* Work effectively with team members to maintain a collaborative and high-performing development environment.* Collaborate effectively with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs.* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.* Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.* Identify performance bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses and work with the team to address them.* Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.* Participate in code reviews, accept constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.* Continuously learn about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our platform.* Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to team members.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.■Requirements:* 7+ years of professional software/backend development experience with Java* Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework* Experience developing large-scale, high-traffic / high-QPS systems* Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka* Hands-on experience with Redis* Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices* Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, concurrency, and performance tuning* Experience with relational databases and SQL* Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review* Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum engineering environmentExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, monitoring/observability tools, and other distributed caching or messaging technologies would be an advantage.■IndustrySoftware, ERP, BI, CRM, Web Application, Cloud (SaaS) ■Expected annual salary¥6,500,000 〜 ¥8,500,000If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
