These values are deeply rooted convictions which guide our day-to-day behaviours and form the organisation's DNA.The OpportunityKGHM International is actively looking to source a full-time, permanent Senior JD Edwards ERP & Enterprise Solutions Specialist (Functional + Technical Lead), based out of Toronto and/or Sudbury Ontario.Scope of the RoleThe Senior Enterprise Solutions Specialist is a hybrid functional and technical expert responsible for the design, development, and support of JD Edwards (JDE) solutions across key business domains. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in both JDE development and functional processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CAM/Maintenance), supporting complex, multi-site operations.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert (SME) across JDE modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CAM (Maintenance), with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.Provide hands-on technical development in JDE, including: Business Functions (BSFN), Event Rules (ER), Table Conversions, Named Event Rules (NER), Orchestrations and integrationsLead the design and implementation of JDE customizations, integrations, and enhancements aligned with business needsDrive complex integrations between JDE and third-party systems (e.g., BI platforms, payroll, banking, AP automation tools)Ensure system stability and business continuity in a 24x7 operational environment, including participation in on-call rotationLead and support major initiatives such as JDE upgrades, migrations, DRP (Disaster Recovery), and digital transformation projectsPerform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across both functional and technical issues.Design and optimize reporting solutions using BI PublisherCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Mentor team members and provide technical and functional leadership across the organization.Apply structured query language to query and extract data from Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.Qualifications, Skills, and KnowledgeMust-have:8–10+ years of JD Edwards experience, including both:Functional expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CAMHands-on development experienceProven experience as a technical JDE developer, including:BSFN, ER, Table Conversions, OrchestratorStrong experience with:BI Publisher (mandatory)Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in:JDE upgrades (Tools / Apps)Complex implementations or system transformationsAdvanced knowledge of:JDE security and role designIntegration patterns (APIs, Orchestrator, middleware such as Kafka/NiFi is a plus)Strong SQL skills (Oracle + MS SQL Server) for data analysis and troubleshootingExperience in multi-site, global environments with cross-functional teamsBehavioral Expectations:Strong ownershipStrong stakeholder communication across business and technical teamsProactive mindset with sense of urgency and problem-solving focusLanguage:The language of operation for our office is EnglishSpanish language is a nice to haveCompensationThe compensation for this role is CAD$100,010 to CAD$105,000 dependent on location and experience.Available Benefits include the following:o Market-aligned compensation with performance-based incentiveso Comprehensive health and insurance benefitso RRSP matching programo Flexible work arrangementso Casual, supportive work environmento Professional development (training, tuition support)o Global mobility opportunitieso Strong culture focused on collaboration, respect, and integrity.Contact Those who are interested in this position should submit a resume and a covering letter to CorporateHR@ca.kghm.com.
