Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Joint Target Intelligence (JTI) and target system analysis
- Develop and prioritize targets for deliberate & dynamic operations
- Perform Target Development, Target Nomination & Target List Management
- Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE)
- Produce Battle Damage Assessments (BDA) and combat assessments
- Integrate GEOINT, SIGINT & all-source intelligence
- Develop target engagement strategies and recommendations
- Prepare intelligence reports, targeting products & senior-level briefings
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadershipMust-Haves:✅ U.S. Citizenship✅ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance✅ Formal Joint Targeting training / Joint Targeting School certification✅ 12+ years of directly related experience✅ Strong Joint Targeting Cycle / JP 3-60 knowledge✅ Target system analysis & development expertise✅ CDE, BDA & combat assessment experience✅ Dynamic & time-sensitive targeting experience✅ Experience integrating GEOINT, SIGINT & all-source intelligence✅ Master's degree in a related field OR Bachelor's + 5 additional years of relevant senior experience
