Senior Key Accounts

We are looking for a Key Account Officer to join our team and manage corporate client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate internal teams (operations, marketing, product, and customer support) to guarantee seamless service delivery and traveler satisfactionExperience in Global client handling Performance Reporting – Key tracking of client activities, Managing MNC / Global clients' reporting system, and process management Motivating team: Complete Monitoring process to evaluate the team performance on a time-to-time basis. Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.Monitor account performance, service quality, and client satisfaction.Support business development and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

10 years of experience Strong communication, coordination, and client-management skills.Good understanding of corporate travel operations
