Senior KNX / Server Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior KNX / Server Engineer – Project Team Leader to join our IT & Automation team. The successful candidate will lead the engineering and execution of residential and mixed-use smart automation projects, overseeing KNX system design, programming, commissioning, and project delivery while managing the project engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of KNX automation projects from design through commissioning.Design, program, test, and commission KNX systems using ETS software.Configure and integrate smart home platforms including Crestron, ThinkNX, and Control4.Design and manage server and network infrastructure supporting smart home and BMS integrations.Supervise and mentor project engineers and technical teams.Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, contractors, and internal departments.Prepare technical documentation, programming backups, testing reports, and handover documents.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient on-site support.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and according to client requirements.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in KNX system design, programming, and commissioning.KNX Partner Certification (mandatory).Strong expertise with ETS software.Experience with Crestron, ThinkNX, and/or Control4 integration.Solid knowledge of server, networking, and smart home/BMS infrastructure.Previous experience as a Team Leader, Project Lead, or Senior Engineer.Experience working on UAE or GCC projects is highly preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).Preferred ExperienceLuxury residential villasHigh-end apartmentsCommercial buildingsMixed-use developmentsSmart home and building automation systems
