You will drive architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor the wider PHP/Laravel development team while delivering secure, high-performing web platforms.Key Responsibilities•    Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel/PHP•    Lead technical design discussions and define development best practices•    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers•    Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services•    Optimize application performance, database design, and query efficiency•    Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers•    Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and quality standards•    Manage database migrations, versioning, and deployment processes•    Troubleshoot complex production issues and guide root-cause resolutionRequirements•    5+ years of professional experience developing with PHP and Laravel•    Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful API design, and OOP principles•    Solid experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Eloquent ORM, and query optimization•    Experience with front-end integration (Vue.js, Blade, or similar)•    Familiarity with authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, Sanctum/Passport)•    Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments (Docker)•    Strong grasp of testing practices (PHPUnit) and clean, maintainable code•    Excellent communication and mentorship skills•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldNice to Have•    Experience in fintech, banking, or a SAMA-regulated environment•    Familiarity with microservices or API gateway architectures•    Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)•    Experience with APM/observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.)
