Senior Laser and Beauty Therapist

Role Description The Senior Laser and Beauty Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The therapist will perform advanced laser hair removal treatments, skin care procedures, and other cosmetology services in line with clinic protocols and local healthcare regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing skin and hair conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate treatment records. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care, and ensuring strict adherence to safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance standards. The therapist will also support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with colleagues on service enhancements, and contribute to a professional, welcoming clinic environment.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Laser Hair Removal and Hair Removal techniques, with strong knowledge of treatment protocols and safety standards.Proficiency in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including client assessment, treatment planning, and product recommendations.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage client expectations.Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or laser therapy; additional laser safety certification is an advantage.Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or beauty clinic, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.Familiarity with Dubai healthcare regulations and clinical documentation practices.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, with attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and infection control standards.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.
