Location: Bengaluru / AhmedabadWork Model: HybridPosition Type: Full TimeNote:Experience needed for Lead Engineers - 8+ yearsExperience needed for Senior Engineers - 4+ yearsJob DescriptionAbout the RoleIntuitive is looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our Innovation Lab and build production-grade GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI-powered enterprise products.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, API development, and AI application engineering, with a strong product mindset and ability to take solutions from concept to production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop production-ready GenAI and Agentic AI applications using Python.Build AI agents, multi-step workflows, tools, and RAG-based solutions.Work with Google ADK (preferred), or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate LLMs using AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude.Develop scalable REST APIs and AI services using FastAPI.Design and implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and Knowledge Graph solutions.Work with Neo4j, ChromaDB, pgvector, or similar technologies.Build AI tools and integrations using APIs and MCP.Develop reusable prompts, agent workflows, and AI capabilities for enterprise use cases.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to deploy and operate AI applications in cloud environments.Mentor junior AI developers and contribute to engineering best practices.Required Skills4–7 years of software/AI development experience.Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.Strong understanding of AI agents and agent orchestration.Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices.Experience with Google ADK (preferred), or similar frameworks.Experience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, pgvector, Pinecone, or similar.Good knowledge of SQL and databases- GraphRAG, PostGreSQL.Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud-based application deployment.Good to HaveExperience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, Neo4j, Knowledge Graphs, or semantic search.Experience with Java/Spring Boot is a plus.Exposure to Langfuse or AI observability/evaluation platforms.Experience building enterprise SaaS or AI products.Experience with AI application testing, evaluation, and prompt/version management.
