Greetings from Linnk Group,About the RoleClient is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset and Investment Management to lead complex analysis workstreams across Business, Operations, Data, and Technology. This is a hands-on role for a mature, analytical BA who can independently drive analysis from problem definition through to an implementable solution — not a requirements-documentation role.Senior / Lead Business Analyst – Asset ManagementClient: Location: Riyadh, KSA Contract: 12 months, extendableKey ResponsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation, analysis, and management across business, operations, and technology stakeholdersTranslate complex business needs into clear, implementable business and functional requirementsDefine business rules, validations, controls, and exception scenariosPerform data requirements analysis and data mappingDefine system and integration requirementsConduct impact, dependency, and gap analysisMaintain requirements traceability and manage change controlFacilitate stakeholder workshops and manage stakeholder relationshipsDefine acceptance criteria, support UAT, and lead business validationWork closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors, and delivery teamsChallenge assumptions and requirements where appropriate; analyze processes and data to identify root gaps and dependenciesAsset Management Domain Experience (required in several of the following)Portfolio Management and Portfolio AccountingInvestment OperationsOrder and Trade Lifecycle, including post-tradeInvestment Performance MeasurementInvestment / Client ReportingValuation and NAVBenchmarks, market data, and investment dataCash, position, and transaction reconciliationMutual Funds and/or Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)Requirements8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience, with significant hands-on experience in Asset/Investment ManagementProven ability to independently lead complex analysis across Business, Operations, Data, and TechnologyStrong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical rigorExperience with platforms such as Advent APX, SimCorp, Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, or similar is an advantageStrong data analysis skills, SQL desirableGenuine Asset/Investment Management BA background strongly preferred over general banking BA experienceHow to Apply: Send your updated resume to ahammed.shabeen@linnk.comClick to know more: https://lnkd.in/p/g3bsvENfRegards,
