We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise in domestic and cross-border remittance solutions, payment ecosystems, and partner integrations. This position is responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for remittance and payment solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand processes, and translating needs into functional specifications for development teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed business process reviews, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and ensuring that solution designs align with regulatory and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting testing and validation activities, preparing user documentation, and providing guidance on implementation and post-deployment enhancements. The individual will be expected to mentor junior analysts, contribute to best practices, and support strategic decision-making related to remittance products and services.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data, processes, and system behavior.Demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Experience in Business Process mapping, optimization, and workflow design in financial or remittance domains.Proven capability in defining and managing Business Requirements from inception through delivery.Hands-on experience with remittance, payments, or financial services solutions, including compliance and risk considerations.Ability to work collaboratively with development, QA, and operations teams, and to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience mentoring or leading business analysis teams and contributing to standards and best practices.
