The team values professional integrity, client education, and measurable results.Role Description The Senior Lead Dietitian is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role oversees the development and implementation of individualized nutrition plans, working closely with clients to assess dietary habits, health conditions, and lifestyle factors. Daily responsibilities include conducting nutrition consultations, providing medical nutrition therapy under appropriate clinical guidance, and leading weight management programs. The Senior Lead Dietitian will mentor junior nutrition staff, collaborate with fitness coaches to align diet plans with training programs, and maintain accurate client records and progress reports. The role also involves staying current with nutrition research, contributing to educational content, and supporting client workshops or seminars as needed.Qualifications Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to design safe, evidence-based nutrition plans.Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including client assessment, goal setting, and ongoing behavioral support.Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly in managing lifestyle-related health conditions where applicable.Expertise in Weight Management strategies, including body composition monitoring and personalized dietary interventions.Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field); registration or licensure as a dietitian/nutritionist where applicable is strongly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary fitness and wellness team.Ability to interpret lab reports and medical history in coordination with healthcare professionals when required.Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and client progress tracking; experience with practice management or nutrition software is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and supervise junior nutrition staff and interns.Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory, and culturally sensitive nutrition practice.
