The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading scalable front-end applications, ensuring best practices, and delivering seamless user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining user interface components using React.js and related workflows for multiple products. As a lead developer, you will guide the team in adopting cutting-edge technologies and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multiple front-end development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Design, Architect and implement robust, scalable front-end solutions using React.js.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to develop and refine user interfaces. Think from end user’s perspective.Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure maintainable and efficient code.Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.Drive the adoption of best practices, tools, and workflows for front-end development.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to the table..Work actively on requirement gathering. Converting/mapping business requirement to technical requirement.Collaborate with multiple stakeholder and see how business uses cases from different clients can fit into our existing products with bare minimum changes.Participate and present required things in different client calls.Strong communication skills.

Key Requirements

Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Flux, Webpack).Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques.Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and debugging tools.Expertise in front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, or NPM.Hands-on experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing toolsExpertise in source code, release and build management. Strong understanding of Git.Understanding of Angular, React Native, NextJs like frameworks.
