Role: Senior / Lead / Founding Product Manager – Enterprise Agentic AI PlatformLocation: Europe or UK remoteCompensation: €135k–€175k base + equityWe’re partnering with a fast-growing agentic AI startup building an orchestration platform for complex enterprise operations.Founded by a successful serial entrepreneur, backed by tier-one investors and already trusted by major global organisations, the company has doubled in size over the past six months. It’s now turning proven customer deployments into a scalable enterprise platform.You’ll join an experienced early team with real traction, strong backing and the opportunity to shape the product at a pivotal stage of growth.The roleYou’ll own enterprise readiness across:Roles, permissions and access controlsSecurity, privacy and deploymentEnterprise integrations and data constraintsAgent orchestration and workflow configurationPlatform reliability, governance and observabilityThis is a hands-on IC role operating within a forward-deployed model. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product, FDEs, design engineers and enterprise customers, with significant ownership over what gets built and how the platform evolves.What you must haveProduct experience building complex B2B software for large enterprise customersExperience shipping at pace within a startup or scale-upEnd-to-end ownership of a platform, automation or workflow productDirect experience with agentic AI or orchestration platformsExperience operating at Senior, Lead, Staff or Principal PM levelBoth startup and enterprise platform experience are essential.
