Senior Leader – FP&A / MIS | DubaiA prominent global business group with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors and international markets is seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A / MIS Leader to take a Group-level leadership position within its Shared Services function.This is a high-profile Group-level role, providing strategic financial insight across a complex and rapidly evolving organisation, with significant exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.We are looking for a finance leader with 15+ years of experience, ideally gained within a complex, CapEx-intensive and project-driven environment.Key responsibilities:Lead Group-level FP&A and management reportingOwn and present monthly MIS packs to senior leadershipLead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningProvide financial analysis, scenario modelling and commercial insightsDevelop and monitor key financial and operational KPIsPartner with senior stakeholders across multiple businessesSupport strategic investment and major CapEx / development decisionsDrive improvements in reporting, forecasting and financial planning processesIdeal background:15+ years of relevant finance experienceStrong senior-level FP&A and MIS backgroundProven experience preparing and presenting management / board-level reportingExperience in a CapEx-intensive, project-led environmentBackground in sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Telecommunications, Data Centres, Infrastructure or similarExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial and analytical capability
