Senior Lean Systems Consultant – ManufacturingSydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Office - OnsiteHelp manufacturing businesses improve performance, optimise processes and prepare for digital transformation.We're looking for a Senior Lean Systems Consultant to join an established engineering and manufacturing technology business.This is a unique role combining manufacturing operations, Lean improvement, consulting, MRP/ERP and digital transformation.You'll work directly with manufacturers to:Diagnose operational and process issuesIdentify waste, bottlenecks and improvement opportunitiesLead Lean and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop improvement and transformation roadmapsAssess MRP/ERP and digital transformation readinessBuild business cases and present recommendations to senior leadersScope and sell consulting and professional services engagementsWork alongside MRP, data and technical specialists on broader transformation projectsWhat we're looking forYou'll bring:Strong practical manufacturing operations experienceLean / continuous improvement experienceUnderstanding of manufacturing systems and MRP/ERPExperience with operational assessments and process improvementConsulting or professional services experienceStrong commercial and stakeholder management skillsConfidence working with business owners and senior executivesExperience across ERP/MRP implementations, digital transformation, BOMs, routings, Lean Six Sigma or ROI/business cases would be highly regarded.Salary:$150k + $13,500k Car Allowance + Super + Uncapped Comms Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Office - OnsiteInterested?
