Senior / Leasing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to prospective tenants and actively source for suitable concepts and brands for the retail properties under the Company's portfolioHandle enquiries on vacant spaces and follow up on viewingsNegotiate and put up recommendation of offers received for new and renewal leasesManage and administer lease documentationLiaise with property management on tenancy-related mattersEstablish and maintain good working relationships with tenantsMaintain database, conduct competitive market research and prepare monthly reportsManage arrears, including monitoring and follow up on outstanding paymentsHandle ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to timeKey RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or Business Administration3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industryAbility to work well under pressure and multi-taskIndependent, resourceful, proactive, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to detailsProficient in Microsoft OfficeAt Pontiac Land, our Human Capital Vision is:Each individual valued, respected and contributing.Each team cohesive, learning and aligned.Each leader serving, coaching and modelling excellence.Exciting benefits and opportunities await talents who join us!
