Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager with a strong background in shopping mall and retail leasing, along with proven experience in managing leasing portfolios, attracting leading retail brands, and driving commercial leasing performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage leasing operations across shopping malls and retail property portfolios.Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, and portfolio performance.Identify, attract, and secure leading retail brands and high-value commercial tenants.Manage the full leasing cycle, from tenant acquisition and negotiations to contract execution.Develop and optimize tenant mix strategies to enhance commercial performance.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and rental pricing assessments.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tenants, and key stakeholders.Lead leasing teams and ensure achievement of annual leasing targets.Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial leasing experience.Strong hands-on experience in shopping mall and retail leasing is mandatory.Proven experience in managing commercial leasing portfolios is required.Demonstrated success in acquiring new retail tenants and securing leasing agreements with established brands.Strong knowledge of tenant mix strategies, rental pricing, and commercial lease negotiations.Proven ability to achieve leasing targets and maximize occupancy.Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of the Saudi retail and commercial real estate market.Important: This position requires direct experience in shopping mall leasing, retail tenant acquisition, and leasing portfolio management. Experience limited to residential leasing, lease administration, or contract renewals will not be sufficient.
