Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance

CINEC Campus invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the below post to be filled immediately.FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL SCIENCESSENIOR LECTURER IN ACCOUNTING AND FINANCEKey Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and conduct effective lectures using appropriate teaching methodologies, current knowledge, and relevant technology.Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and supervision to students, including research/dissertation supervision where applicable.Develop and maintain positive and professional academic relationships with students and colleagues.Contribute to academic planning, examination-related activities, and other responsibilities assigned by the Faculty.Provide academic leadership and support in the Accounting and Finance discipline and contribute effectively to multidisciplinary academic teams.

Requirements

PhD in Accounting, Finance, Accounting and Finance, or a closely related field from a recognized university.A First Class or a Second Class (Upper Division) in a four-year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting and Finance. A two-year Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting and Finance with research.Significant teaching/lecturing experience at a recognized higher education institution.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and academic leadership skills.Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary academic team.Ability to undertake academic, research, administrative, and other responsibilities associated with a Senior Lecturer position.
