We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Advisor to provide high-quality legal support across the OneSofMedica region and act as a trusted legal partner to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong expertise in commercial law and contracts, combined with the ability to navigate EU and national regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will bring sound legal judgment, a pragmatic business mindset and the confidence to lead complex negotiations and advise senior stakeholders.Provide senior legal advice to the Managing Director, leadership team and business functions on commercial, contractual, corporate and regulatory mattersEnsure appropriate legal support in relation to EU laws and regulations, as well as applicable national legislation across the countries within the SOFMEDICA regionMonitor changes in legislation and relevant industry regulations, assess their potential impact on the business and provide timely, practical advice to managementDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, sales and customer agreements, financing agreements, service contracts, confidentiality agreements and other business-critical arrangementsLead and support complex commercial negotiations, ensuring an appropriate balance between protecting the company's interests and achieving its commercial objectivesIdentify and assess contractual and legal risks and provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to enable informed business decisionsEnsure contractual arrangements comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and appropriately protect the company's commercial and legal interestsProvide advice on key contractual provisions, including liability, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, payment terms, guarantees and dispute-resolution mechanismsManage relationships with external lawyers and legal advisors across the region, engaging specialist expertise and local representation where requiredCoordinate external legal counsel in relation to litigation, disputes, claims and other legal matters, ensuring effective management of legal risk, cost and outcomesAdvise on corporate governance matters and support compliance with company policies, governance requirements and ethical standardsAdvise on OneSofMedica corporate legal documentation, working closely with the Corporate Officer and other relevant stakeholdersSupport the drafting, implementation and periodic review of internal policies, procedures, contract templates and legal standardsSupport strategic projects, transactions and business initiatives by identifying legal implications early and helping the business develop practical solutionsBuild legal awareness across the organization by providing clear guidance to commercial and operational teams on contractual and legal mattersRequirementsUniversity degree in Law and strong professional legal credentialsSignificant experience in a senior in-house legal, commercial counsel or comparable legal advisory positionStrong expertise in commercial law, contract drafting and complex contract negotiationExperience working within an international or multi-jurisdictional business environment, ideally involving EU regulatory frameworksStrong understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters and the ability to coordinate specialist advice across different jurisdictionsDemonstrated ability to identify material legal and contractual risks while maintaining a pragmatic and commercially oriented approachConfidence in negotiating directly with customers, suppliers, financial institutions, business partners and external legal counselAbility to translate complex legal issues into clear recommendations and practical business solutionsStrong stakeholder-management skills and the credibility to advise and challenge senior management when requiredHigh degree of autonomy, ownership, integrity and professional judgmentExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skillsExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages relevant to the OneSofMedica region are an advantageBenefitsThe opportunity to influence key commercial, contractual and strategic decisions across SOFMEDICAA genuinely international scope, working across multiple jurisdictions and navigating both EU and national legal frameworksSignificant autonomy and ownership, with the opportunity to shape the legal approach and ways of working across the businessCompetitive compensation and benefits package, aligned with the seniority and responsibilities of the roleOpportunities for continued professional development and growth within an international organization
