Senior Legal Advisor – Commercial Litigation (Arabic & English Speaker)

Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Senior Legal Advisor with deep expertise in commercial litigation to lead high-stakes disputes before UAE courts and arbitration tribunals. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess senior-level litigation experience, and hold the potential to grow into a partner role within our legal team.  Key Responsibilities:Lead complex litigation cases across Dubai and UAE courts, including DIFC or ADGM courts where applicable.  Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, contracts, court submissions, and legal opinions.  Develop strategic litigation and dispute resolution plans in coordination with internal and external counsel.  Advise senior leadership and operational teams on legal risks and risk mitigation strategies.Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to talent development within the legal team.  Continuously monitor legislative developments in UAE law, arbitration frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.  Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from an accredited institution.License to practice in the UAE or eligibility for admission.  Minimum 8–10 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm or in-house within the UAE or GCC region.  Proven track record in handling high-value commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings.Outstanding legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Preferred Attributes:Demonstrated experience in free‑zone or common‑law courts such as DIFC or ADGM.  Experience managing cross-border litigation or coordinating with global legal teams.Ability to contribute strategically in fast-paced, commercial environments.Why Join Us?A leadership role with a direct path toward partner-level or senior legal leadership opportunities.Engaging portfolio of clients and high-profile litigation matters.Collaborative, dynamic, growth-oriented workplace culture.
